This workout will help you increase your metabolism by combining cardio (walking) and weighted exercises. For this workout, I used a set of 2lb weights. Resistance training via weights or resistance bands helps the body build lean muscle and drop body fat. It is important to also consider your diet of course. You either have a diet that fuels your goals, or takes you away from your goals. think about what you-re doing right now when it comes to food and honestly look to see where you can make smarter choices and really increase the efforts you put in here. This can be something like: - drinking at least a full glass of water as soon as you wake up (get a kick start on your water intake early on, so you-re ahead of the game -bringing a water bottle with you everywhere you go -having a full serving of greens/fiber at every meal -making an effort to have more wholesome sources of lean protein -sitting down for meals without your phone and being mindful of what you-re eating These things can MAKE or break how you feel. Another TORCHER! If you dont have weights, you may use a couple water bottles or cans- and if that feels silly to you, bodyweight will do too! For weights, 2lbs was MORE than enough for me to feel the burn!

This one beat me up real bad omg! I had 3 lb dumbbells and I was done, Before this I had did upper body ( 5 rounds of Commandos, Tricep Dips and Pushups) then your 15 cardio session and I still wanted to workout so I did this and whew do I regret it in a good way. My arms feel like spaghetti noodles! Thank you Jo!

I-m late torching my arms. I-ve been working on the whole body mostly. From July 12th to now I-ve been doing your workouts 5 days a week and watching my food intake. I-m proud to say I-ve lost 17+ lbs and I-m 2 lbs from my weight goal. Thanks, Jo, you are the best!

I'm coming up to 58. I have lung emfysema and very bad physical condition. I do this exercise and another 15 minute one, twice a day. I am determined to lose weight and get fitter. But my God it's hard going -

What an arm workout!
I think I -died- times but got back into it!
I used 3 pound weights and sometes used body weight. um wow--
