Hi - I would first off like to say - 'Thank you for bringing the fun and can do attitude with your workouts! ' Second, why aren't any of you 'sweating' - lol. My first half of 'my story' is. I work from home and have been during this pandemic (two years) - I sit all day and not just because my diet isn't so great, but I just didn't move too much, unless I ran my errands once or twice a week. Need less to say, I gained about 30ilbs over this. Not only weight gain but my lower back is so painful that I can't even walk normal anymore because it locks up so badly. it looks like I'm about 9 months pregnant and ready to give birth - no joke. Anyway, i have been watching your videos and reading the comments and I am so impressed. Finally, God gave me the strength to just do it, today for the first time. Well, I completed this workout and had to modify a few moves for me, due to my lower back pain. and my shins are burning so bad. 'but I did it'. and I am sweating like a pig, as if I am advanced - lol. Again, Thank you for this, I will do this workout for two weeks and then move to another video, including a bedtime video for a total of two. God Bless you and your girls and especially those who are doing it, as well - Now I have to go and take a shower - lol Sincerely - QP -

Hi just came across your workouts last week and thought I'd try them. I'm from UK and 59 in few wks time and been menopausal for many years and need to loose excess weight I gained in lockdown mainly inches. I think your workouts are great and really fun to do and I love all the music you have attached to them makes me wanna dance. I find it hard to exercise but love these and they help get my steps in. ps your dog looks like mine so cute

I just started your workout videos yesterday so far done two videos. I love the dog! But I-m diabetic and have other health issues. I really like the videos so far and music, I-m trying to get healthy! One request if u can do a little bit warm up or stretch at beginning and cool down at the end but other then that thank you for making workout enjoyable

Started here in January 1 2022. Moved on to her other videos. I'm getting gradually better. On days I don't want to exercise, I return to this video. I've gone from 215 pounds to 199 pounds as of today, March 1st. Eating a caloric deficit and working out with Jo equals success. If you are a beginner like me, start here.

I am obsessed! You ladies are so much fun! Started with the workout on Monday! Today is Thursday and I'm down 4lbs! Need to get my wedding body ready-. Started at 252 down to 248! This is the one workout I haven't dreaded! And I feel amazing afterwards! Thanks Jo!

This is the 1st walking video I-ve done. After fluctuating weight gain after kids I-m so tired now to workout. But your workouts are motivating, I actually have the energy to do them and plus I don-t have to wear shoes! Looking forward to doing more of these!

I have a bad back with a previous surgery, possibly another one on the way which makes it hard to exercise until I found your video. This really gets my heart rate up and my sweat on without any pain to my back. Thanks ladies I appreciate you all!

Thank you for this video! It's absolute motivation for me. I'm very much obese and I really needed this workout. I just did it today (Feb. 23rd) for the first time and I'm going to continue doing it and try and start losing some weight. It's time!

Just came across your video and done my first workout I-m 2 months postpartum and have 5 kids so don-t have time to go to the gym have around 40 pound to lose I was 8 stone before pregnancy so that my goal again!
