This 4 Mile workout is sure to get you melting! It-s just the right amount of challenging and we have fun while completing the 4 miles! While the workout is sweaty and intense, all the moves are low impact and standing! Each exercise challenges multiple muscles in your body and when we rest, we will actually be in a stationary walk. -please note that if you are already doing a daily workout to lose weight, you do not have to add this one to it. This workout is great to mix things up if you are already in a routine- All of these exercises can be done in a small space and you don-t even have to jump the entire time (your neighbors will thank-you! If you feel as though you are a bit heavier in the feet, try moving your movement to being less in the heel thumping and more in the light toe tapping. This will help you a lot and you will develop more balance and stability. I did this 4 mie walk this morning - i had my struggles/chakkeges throughout and had to. rewind a few times to get the steps. It realy felt good. I have been all over the place trying so many diffent growwith jo videos because I just love them. Thinking about sticking with the same 40-50 min workout (3 days) each week and 2 or 3 20-30 m inute workouts. This will give me 1 or 2 rest days depending in what i need. I want to try this b/c i see many kadies in the communty swear by doing the same workout 1-2 times a day. Just wondering if this may make a difference. Love you guys!

This woman is truly SPECIAL. There are a lot of fitness people out there, but none with her real gift - and it is a gift- for making you feel she is there WITH you cheering you on. Those little silent - you got this! - feel like they-re meant just for you when you you-re about to break down. Makes me cry because it-s hard but I keep going because of it. THANK YOU. Plus, yesterday I said I had definitely toned up since I started 3 weeks ago but hadn-t lost any weight- well today I lost my first pound and a half!

I'm recovering from Covid + bronchitis, so my energy and lung capacity right now are both drastically weakened. I love that Jo offers us so many different workouts of various difficulty levels and intensity! This one is perfect for me as I recuperate and try to build my strength back up. A few days ago, I could only manage about 10 minutes, and now I'm up to 17-18 minutes.

Hi. I just found these videos & am excited to start. I count the calories I consume, & I walk & ride a stationary bike. I use an outdoor walking app on my iphone to track what I burn & the bike tracks also. How can I determine how many calories I burn while doing these videos?

I took a few breaks, but I DID IT! I went with this exercise to challenge myself, and my lord it was! I have exercise induced asthma, so I was a bit worried, but this workout was perfect! I made it a whole 15 minutes before my first break, and I'm so proud of myself -

I have been doing your workouts for the past 2 weeks consistently now. I can see a change with my muscles getting toned and with my increasing stamina. though I still haven't managed to do the workouts with a smile on my face the way you do. --
