20 Min Workout for Bloating and Digestion (Low Impact) - Grow with Jo

If you've had a large meal, or a few meals of overeating, or even a week or two of feeling like you are off track, Im here to tell you that its okay, and its part of the process. We are just going to pick ourselves back up again and stop beating ourselves up about it and start moving our body! This workout was designed to get your mind and body back into movement mode with quick and simple exercises to keep you engaged, excited, and getting rid of bloat. This workout is also perfect to do about 20-30 mins after you finish dinner, or any meal for that matter. Walking is a great tool to decrease bloat, improve digestion, and boost mental clarity. Thats why I have created an indoor walking series for those who prefer to stay inside on the spot. I just realized it's been a little over months since I tasted this journey with you.
At months lost 16lbs haven't lot much in a while but I want to tone and get more muscles. I am very happy wth myself but I know I can lose more to get to my prepregnancy weight

I had to come back to this. ate a bagel yesterday with crm chz, uh-oh lol! I had enough energy to dance off at the end with you. usually I am too pooped after working out with you.

So tried this workout a few nights ago could not sleep lady time approaching was up at 2am! Cannot stop doing this workout! -- I have already noticed differences in my body so good!

I-m 4-10 and it-s so easy to gain weight for us short ppl. I-m at 154lbs and weight goal of 110lbs by june. I burn about 200-485 cals watching your vids. Thank You sm Jo -
