We-re BRINGING IT today with this kickboxing cardio workout. Today I invited my husband Larry to join us for this workout, and wow, he was surprised by how much of a sweat he got on! Todays workout is fast paced and bouncy. If you struggle to keep your boxer bounce going, go back to walking on the spot. This will help keep your heart rate elevated but will be a little lighter on your joints. If any of the exercises are too fast or too challenging for you, take it slow or go back to the walk. I found your videos a few months ago along with many others (from other content creators) fitness videos. Each time. I find myself going back to your videos because they are fun and effective.
I took a detour from my fitness journey seven years ago and recently resumed that journey as part of my personal growth. Thank you for making fitness so much fun!

My mother and I stumbled upon this workout last night. It effectively kicked our butts. We both admitted that we struggled with this one and at one point thought we would stop and not make it through but we pushed to the end and it felt so good. Thank you, Jo! We have managed to stay consistent and complete a full month doing your workouts. We have seen results slowly but surly but the main thing is we have more energy and feel so much better than we have in a while

Jo! How did I miss this workout a month ago? I think this was is the hardest that I-ve done, would say the 5 mile but couldn-t complete that one-.

Great workout. Started a workout zoom on Saturdays with my sister-in-law to keep us motivated for the rest of the week and her husband joined us today for Encanto dance. It was great fun! Now I found a couple with your husband working out with you and we can choose those for him to feel more included!

If I want to start following the weekly workout schedule, instead of picking my own workout each day, how should I go about it? Like how many of the videos should I do daily? Or should I do all of them each day? :)

Completed this workout this morning. Fitbit said I burned 435 calories and 3, 164 steps. Honestly can't get enough of Jo's energy. Her music choices also help. :)

I did this right after doing the 3 miles lower abs walk [i didn't work out yesterday so decided to double up]. can confirm my soul left my body
