This low impact workout packs a sweat and is knee friendly (highly requested. This Tabata Abs workout goes by so fast because of the short intervals and the simple exercises. Even though this is a challenging workout, it is perfect for beginners! If you find yourself struggling, take a break, and if its really too much, come back to it the next day, and give it a try again. Remember that every little bit counts and something is better than nothing. I am amazed how much endurance i have now. Ive been working out to your videos last couple of months. Lost inches, scale has moved a bit, not a lot. But i'm really excited to be a part of your community!

This along for two weeks straight I have abs for the 1st time in my life. And I'm over 50. After 3 strokes, couldn't walk. Now I Thank jo for giving me my life back. Consistency is what worked for me -------

i cant believe i did this omg this might sound so simple but i've never worked out since 5 years ago and this gave me strength T___T I used to be so tired by just standing up but i did this: -) thank you!

This workout was awesomeawesome. .well except the part where my ponytail smacked me in the eye during uppercuts and I was momentarily blinded -

The only motivation I could find for that exercise when she goes up hands in the air jumping, is thinking that 100euros notes are falling and I should catch them quickly.

Woke up at 6: 30am before getting ready for work and I could only get 15minutes through but where, I feel all those 15minutes. I-ll do the other half tonight.
