Oh my! I loved this but my life was my balance and flexibility off. The floor was a no go and holding my ankle while stretching, I embarrassingly needed assistance. Who knew two years of remote working had ruined my stamina! Cheers Jo, will keep it up until I can bend!

I-m following your community workout schedule for this week but I-m switching around Monday and Sunday since Sunday I have to do stuff for the following Monday, hoping to burn at least 335 cals with this and the 45 min strength so good luck me!
