By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates. -

It-s 5am, I-m at the start of my workout journey, and I felt sick to my stomach and unmotivated to do any kettlebell movements. As soon as I started playing your video your energy gave me enough energy to get up and get moving. Thank you for that. This was the best ever. Loved this.

I did this, your 10 (I think it was 10) Minute weights arm workout and the 30 minute no equipment arm workout. Holy god my arms feel so heavy! Equaled to 60 minutes burned 421 calories. It feels amazing

Finished this one! I burnt 64 calories, my goal is to burn 189 calories total today so I-m going to go do 10 min HIIT, then you-re Stretch workout and hopefully that will get me to my goal x

I love this workout, but my back starts hurting. From what I can tell my form is correct. Could it be that 10 lb kettlebell is too heavy for me?
