doing planks and bent over rows really helped my deadlift in the pulling movement, besically made it easier because my core was fully engaged so my back didnt have to work as much, which is what i see with people. i have long legs and short torso so having a super core makes my deadlift easier in the finishing movement when its above the knees. looking at my deadlift technique, long legs short torso long arms, i realized how much of a lucky bustard i am, being 178cm. its easier for me to deadlift with the barbell at lower positions because my hips are high, which gives me good torque and a good pivot angle, meanwhile people with short legs almost squat. for me bent over rows, planks and flexibility training is what made my deadlift good within a year.

Another awesome video Buff Dudes! That flexibility really is key, especially as you push yourself to higher weights. I tore my hammy a few months ago due to insufficient flexibility leading to poor form (butt wink that corrected as I cleared the weights from the floor.
Some suggestions for exercise tips: Squats (see too many guys in the gym doing 1/3rd squats or leaning forward, of which I am formerly guilty) and what about Clean and Press (great on a full body day?

Deadlift is probably one of my main exercises and aiming for a 3x bodyweight lift but I-ve recently noticed I-ve started to hitch the bar with my knees dipping back under the bar. Any advice?
