Best thing I-ve found is actually the false grip, aka suicide grip for bp. It ensures your elbows are tucked so you drive properly through the heel of your palms and it puts your hands and shoulders at a slight external rotation, which is best for pressing movements. And finally, it allows for the maximum use of your triceps and lats, which is where the real power comes from on the bench.

Can you guys do the next
segment on concentration curls? I remember in the Pumping Iron doc you see Arnold doing them standing up kind of bent over. I know you can do them seated as well, but some useful tips and maybe a third method would be appreciated! Thanks Buffs.

Great video guys! Last week I benched wrong and now my left front delt hurts a bit while I'm doing chest exercises. Do you guys have any tips to get rid of this pain? Like some stretching routines or should I just let it rest for a week?

So I just started going to the gym. I just turned 17 and on my first try I did about 8 reps with 2. 5 kg on each side. It sounds pretty pathetic and I was wondering Is this normal?
