I cant do the front to lateral raise because I can do a front raise with a 15 pound dumbbell, but for a lateral raise I need something much lighter because I am bad at the lateral raise

when i do the bent over lat raise and shoulder ext super set I kinda feel it more in the triceps than shoulders. Am i doing it wrong or is it supposed to feel like that?
