Home workout routine - shoulders - dumbbell only - Buff Dudes arron: -Moving to a smaller home where I won-t have room for a large dumbbell rack anymore. Replaced the whole rack with this adjustable set. The handle diameter is a little bigger than my old dumbbells --bestgym. equipment-- - I only really notice it when I do farmers walks with heavy weight. I do not have the stand but am considering that for the future. These work as expected. -

I cant do the front to lateral raise because I can do a front raise with a 15 pound dumbbell, but for a lateral raise I need something much lighter because I am bad at the lateral raise

when i do the bent over lat raise and shoulder ext super set I kinda feel it more in the triceps than shoulders. Am i doing it wrong or is it supposed to feel like that?

What type steroids u guys taking?
I am not nearly as big as u guys but doing same with 60s and not struggling like u guys.
