Home workout routine - back - dumbbell only - Buff Dudes chase: -Moving to a smaller home where I won-t have room for a large dumbbell rack anymore. Replaced the whole rack with this adjustable set. The handle diameter is a little bigger than my old dumbbells --bestgym. equipment-- - I only really notice it when I do farmers walks with heavy weight. I do not have the stand but am considering that for the future. These work as expected. -

Kindly create a complete and comprehensive eclectic -full body home workout- using barbell, dumbbell, bench in combination with also using body weight with detailing as how a particular exercise is substitute of the exercise done in gym.

Ahh travelling back 4 years to the first Buff Dudes video I ever watched. Back when men were allowed out the house and go to gyms. not anymore. But the Buff Dudes keep on giving
