How many pull ups can you guys do, I'm 15 years old, 110 pounds and I can do 22 close gripped pull ups, and 16 regular pull ups, I'm not skinny, I'm lean, I have been trying to bulk up though.

if i was to implement this sort of training should i be doing these before or after deadlifting, i can do around 2 proper form pull ups and im really looking to increase that.

the heck. he got slim yet tall body and just around 160 pound, and here i am tall about 177 cm and fat stomach: v with 160 pound.
also pull-ups just a dream for me now TT

He won't go to the bottom. Cutting the hardest part out. I don't like that. Many years ago i made sure my first ever pull up had the proper bottom dead hang position

yall talking about his calves, but hes 6'2 and skinny, aint no tall skinny person have calves lmfao, he still has to fill out his whole body with muscle

buff dudes do a lot of negative ( eccentric) training What about positive ( concentric training) and what about static holds
