Teen beginners bodybuilding training - bench press - Buff Dudes Cosmin: -The bench it-s really easy to assemble, it-s comfortable and I love the multiple angles you can set the back rest. The only bad thing about the bench it-s the legs they are not wide enough which sometimes feels like you-re about to fall on the side. Other than that it-s a good quality bench. Can be easily improved. Probably I-ll add 3 or 6 inches to legs to improve the falling on --bestgym. equipment-- the side problem. -

just a question, when people say they can bench a certain figure are they talking about their 1 rep max? I've been going to the gym for about three weeks now and only bench 30kg 12 reps for 3 sets. I'm at a low weight because I want to have good form and my stabilizer muscles are very weak or non existent. I reckon I can bench 60kg for 1 rep

I-m skinny and 22 yrs old. I-ve been trying to go to the gym more regularly to bulk up. I-ve been scared to bench press without assistance so I use the squat rack with the hydraulics. Should I try bench pressing freely with less weight or am I able to get the same activation on my chest what I-m doing

i have been working out for about three months now. I am 17 5'10 133 lbs and bench 110 lbs 4 sets of 10. I started with just the bar. Is my progress good so far or should I bench more. Currently I am focusing on the form more than increasing the weight.

my squat and curls have gotten way better. bench is just dead set. starting to annoy me. only been going a little over a month. just wanna see improvement. I'm 6-1 168lbs I feel like I should be benching more than the 105 That I am

Dope! Weve only had machines at my gym and they recently added a power rack! I'm always by myself late an night and have no one to help me with my form, this video is exactly what I needed!

I'm only 16 years old at only 5'5 only weighing 140 lbs and can bench 88 lbs but I have just started from zero and this is my 4th month of weight lifting, is it good enough?

Yay. I-m 12 and training my bench press. I am a newbie too. But just learned proper form! So yeah. My max Bench Is 108 pounds for 2 reps. Including the bars weight.

Man id like to have someone who can teach like this. Not just benchpress but any activity i do. Makes a big difference with a good teacher
