1. Full Squat Hold 0: 43
2 Sets of 15-20 Seconds
2. Goblet Squats Hold 2: 33
2 Sets of 15-20 Seconds
3. Leg Swings (Side to Side) 5: 52
1 Set of 10 Swings per leg
4. Leg Swings (Front to back) 7: 50
1 set of 10 Swings per leg
5. Lateral Squats 9: 05
No Rep range mentioned

Why teenagers have stiff hamstrings? I've been working out for a few months and got tired of having a round back when I squat because of my hamstrings. Buttwink when I get below parallel. I've started to strecth for aobut 2 weeks now, and I got better, but I'ts too hard to get that mobility. I still can't make a squat with a perfect form, and sometimes it's hard even to deadlift when I don't stretch properly(I just turned 18 btw)

I'm liking this idea of training a newbie the ways off the buff. But although the training is good and helpful, I feel like you should ask him to do vlogs or some sort of a schedule with meals e. g. when and what he eats including all them lucious macros -
p. s. vlogs would be much better since it proves to the people that what you're doing works!

i have important question. im 15 i been lifting since 14 very heavy (atleast for me) i max out almost all the time on squat bench and deadlift. my bench is 135 (sucks ik) squat 275(eh) and deadlift 405. Will lifting this heavy almost everytime i go stunt my growth. I Have only grown like 3 inches since ive started. right now im around 5'7-5'8 155lbs

ever since i started watching the buff dudes i got inspired to workout and get in shape again since i finished college football. i went from 290 (with pretty much no muscle) to a solid 240, from jean size 42 to 34-36. thanks for inspiring me, teaching me more than the coaches i had.

I have so bad mobility i can't even get into a squat position, i usually just end up falling on my ass. Will this routine help me to get into a deep squat eventually if i do it everyday?

When it's deadlift/squat day, should I be doing the lower mobility routine AND the upper mobility routine before performing those exercises?

all this mobility for upper and lower. to fit in a workout you'll have to be in the gym for way too long. surprised how people find time
