Teen beginners bodybuilding training - bent over rows - Buff Dudes Mikael: I know how people think he's not taking his diet seriously etc. But have you ever thought of the fact that Lewis never touched weights before this and in almost every video they're showing him a new workout? This means that in the 3 months or whatever the time was, he was doing all new thing every week and never really optimized his form. Now that he's tried them all, in the next 6 months he should be gettting massive gains due to the fact that he optimize his moving pattern in all the different workouts.

Demonstrated and told him that his kness shouldn't bent too much and don't be in squatting position. Still doing it on the next try. Lol. If anything he shouldn't learn barbell row on his first gym visit. Better teach him dumbbell row pull up or any other exercises that requires less mind muscle connection and proper placement

Hi. I'm 18, weigh about 140lb, and I'm about 5'5''. Just started working out for the first time. With a home workout set. Since I don't really have anyone to instruct me, your stances and stuff are really helpful. Much appreciated, man. Thanks.

my trainer was standing eating while watching me and saying 'yeah, yeah, you got it. ha ha ha. - and would wander off and then come back and say, ya man, u got it down HA! - I don't think he even looked at my form for even 10 secs!

First thing he has to learn is how to eat, and he is lucky, since with age 17 he can still get away with a lot of garbage. Teach him a proper mealplan, will come in expensive at his height, then worry about his fitness routines.

Really easy to follow content. Before starting to do bent overhand row exercises i wanted to see an example because it's so easy to do it incorrectly. Your video was clear and very well demonstrated.

Such bad form, this is so bad for your back, your back should be parallel to the floor.
7: 08, ridiculous. if you had correct form you wouldn't be feeling it in your lower back

Just my observations, but wouldn't this technique and back angle target the upper back more than the lats? I'm meaning rear delts, rhomboids etc. Basically like in a horizontal row.
