King compound - teen beginners bulking plan - p1d3 - Buff Dudes Sid: Anybody want to help me? Im 37 5ft4 20% body fat. Im 145lbs. (Im skinny fat. My clothes hide it) I can only (DB) bench press 90Kg so just a beginner really. Should I bulk or cut? from what I have read I should be below 15% body fat. That would mean dropping to about 120lbs. I dont really want to do this as I already have a boys build. I would disappear. Im a small dude. My goal is for size not bothered about being ripped or anything. Any help would be great. Cheers.

this kid needs to smoke some weed and fkn show up with some personality and excitement what a punk ass little kid he gets trained by cool people has the opportunity to learn and become a badass in few years shows up tired like a little pnuk u punk

check out the starting strength version of the overhead press, initial hip movement places the bar in the directly overhead position.
