Creating a buff dude - teen beginners bulking plan - p1d1 - Buff Dudes Brandon: Hey buff dudes, this past year, I have gained 25 pounds of muscle and lost 5% of body fat, I'm planning to join the air force but they won't let me enlist until I cut another 20 pounds of fat. I wanted to know if you have an idea of a way to lose the weight and not gain muscle mass? If you could help me, it would be appreciated.

Damn dude I hate to say it but it his body is needing surgery at 15-16, especially as a pitcher, im not sure he has the MLB in his future, at least not if he wants to keep full use of his arm

how can these -athletes- be so weak. Even if they've never hit the gym. I started out in the gym at like 5x the weight these guys are using and I was only like 14 or 15.

I warm up by simply doing my first exercise with very low weights, and then increase that weight gradually until I have reached my actual weight.
