Final episode! - teen beginners bulking plan - p6d6 - Buff Dudes Buff: Hudson: For those of you saying -about time- the blame is on me. We actually shot these final episodes a month ago but I just recently got married and everything else in my life has been put on hold. In regards to Lewis we give him a ton of props for taking the time and effort in meeting us every morning at 6am and putting in the hard work. We came to Lewis and approached him with this idea and not the other way around so the fact he stuck with it meant a lot to us. You can always make improvements and if Lewis decides to stick with it we wish him all the best. Another big thanks to Lewis and thanks to all of you for watching the series!

Looking back at this makes me realize that having Lewis do so many different exercises didn-t help him dial in on a reachable goal. something like 5x5 keeps most beginners interested since the exercises are few and there-s constant progression which translates to beginner gains. Louis was all over the place doing different exercises that most don-t do until later in the lifting journey after gaining all those beginner gains from a simple linear progression program.

Maybe find someone who is more into it, rather than pull his chain all the time because he isn't improvising humor and dialogue like you guys, who have years of experience talking in front of a camera =P just saying. If I were his age at 6am being tired, and someone was pulling my chain all the time (Basically being like, dance in front of the camera monkey, dance) I'd probably not want to talk either.

I don't blame him. Back in highschool my parents didnt want to blow a bunch of money on more groceries and protein shakes, not saying protein shakes are a must but they wouldve helped because I couldn't eat all my proteins, on top of that I didnt have a car to hit the gym and relied on my brother to tag along with him whenever he felt like going.

Wished they would have used someone that has a passion for weightlifting, if the buff dudes approached me and trained me for free I-d make them proud. Lewis is young and most likely didn-t eat enough to make the gains he could have made. Maybe in he future he-ll comeback and take it seriously

I feel you guys. I remember watching the first episode and even the live they made when they were shooting and I was super hyped to see him grow. Everybody was hyped and it has so much potential. But I feel like everybody - all of us, the buff dudes and louis himself - are dissapointed.

i don't know but he doesn't seem to like the gym very much. Like he is about to quit right after this day. A shame, won't say he is a real buff dude. Or maybe he is but he doesn't show it on camera. Still it's awesome how much you guys help people with gym excersise

He just threw the opportunity of a life time, not eating well, probably not sleeping well and not putting his hurt into this! Ffs he-s not even entertaining to watch so boring, hope u do same series again with a proper candidate next time.

He wasent lifting heavy enough. I find many skinny guys which I was don't lift heavy enough. I'm still thin and not massive if you like but I have defined chest and biceps, triceps, and back.
