Final countdown! - teen beginners bulking plan - p6d5 - Buff Dudes Jonathan: This series has been absolutely fantastic. Would you consider doing another series with someone in their 30s/40s who has very little weight training under their belt, perhaps a bit overweight, but has the motivation to really want change? I just think it would be very interesting to watch the progression. I know your series with Louis has been really time intensive for you - perhaps something where you have a monthly catch up (if they can be trusted to stick at it) would be good? I'm pretty sure if you held some call for participants in your area you'd get loads of very motivated people interested in doing this with you, and it would make a great series.

a question for the buff dudes do you think Lewis is pure ectomorph/hardgainer do you think that high volume training is appropriate for this type of person. as I was growing up reading low volume training was better for this type of person

I don't claim to be any expert but am I right in saying Lewis should slow down on his movements on some exercises? I've always been told to hold the squeeze on leg extension for a second to feel the tension in my quads.

Im 17 years old and I love to lift my question is how can I lose weight without losing my strength since I compete in powerlifting competions at school.

I hope Lewis gets really buff in the future. He's got great high cheekbones and dimples. I think he would gain confidence if he could make some gains!

Iv seen that video were dude locked his knees on the leg press, watching that made me break a sweat seeing his leg bend the wrong way.

I liked the series but I feel they're delaying the last day so he can cram in a couple more sessions and hopefully gain a little more.
