Bros I have a question and your advice/opinion is the one I trust the most. I'm 6'3 185lbs. Dumbbell flat bench is a 100lbs, but my barbell flat bench is only 220 on my best day. How do I get my barbell bench max up more? Dumbbell is fine I just can't get my barbell up. Any tips? Thanks.

Need to set those chains a bit lower on the squats and bench. Nice video though! Those chains look badass! Black powder coat?
