concentric, eccentric, iso-metric, flexion, I don't have a cocking idea what these words mean, but he sounds like he knows what hes talking about so I'm listening. We are going to be doing some body-metric, excentric, quadtrentric, impossimentric, karmsutrantic tension curls. LETS GO. PUMP

My right arm feels like it's being stretched out when doing bicep stuff. It used to hurt and takes longer to heal than my left. Doctor says it's nothing but it's definitely something. Thoughts?

I'd like to see something on bicep exercises that put less strain on the elbows. I'm recovering from hitting mine pretty hard in recent years.

Don-t you need to have full extension in the arms? You can-t get that with the first exercise so wouldn-t jest be a half rep?
