Hey bro my long time gym closed during the bs. Been doing no legs at all for a year it was getting ugly. Loaded up on dB no room for the rest. This workout has me walking around like Bambi on ice feels killer. Gonna be ugly tomorrow though lol thank again man

This taught me there are way too many dumbbell exercises (e. g, sumo deadlifts, hamstring curls) which are impossible with the PowerBlocks because the ends cannot be gripped effectively.

Im currently in my wheelchair phase after 1 legday after coivd and im in a gym atm with no bars only dumbells up to 20kg: ( But yea is doable just have to be crative with leg days.

Two years later and the Buff dudes still comming to the rescue! Moved out to a small town with a very small gym, this is going to be the go too! Cheers guys!
