As he did these styles of training Isometric/ballistic/plyometrics/body workout/bodybuilding workout
And maybe you would do some like running skipping rope boxing drills pad work and hitting the bag as Bruce Lee loved boxing and was part of his training programme

Bodyweight exercices are cool and all, but I feel Tom Holland put on some good size, and bodyweight exercises are really not the best for that. Probably lifted heavy weights as well

I-m curious as to what the ideal rest time is. I did 30 seconds between sets and jumped from one exercise to the next with no rest.
