Back & biceps dumbbell only workout (at home or gym) - dumbbell workout plan p4d2 - Buff Dudes zaza: If anyone else is like me and doesnt have heavy enough dumbbells to actually over load the back, start the workout by doing pull ups, bodyweight rows, basically the hard bodyweight stuff, cause after youre finished with those, trust me those dumbbells are going go feel heavier than they are, also try to do supersets and always control the movements
(For bodyweight rows i do then on rings, but if u dont have them, well first of all try to get your hands on them, they are amazing, makes everything so much harder and theres so many things you can do. But if not, do what i did, pretty much you take 2 towels, long ones, or any kind of a strong rope and hang them from a pull up bar, and then start doing rows, the lower they are to the ground and the higher your feet elevation, the harder the movement is gonna be)

-So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I. e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell. But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive. but! Overall quality --bestgym. equipment-- and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell. -

Dumb question, but on combo excercises like the Single arm close to wide, do you do 12 of each, i. e 1 rep is both a close and a high row, or would you do 6 of each, with each individual row being a rep? I assume 12 of each but suddenly realised I wasn't sure.

I found this in looking for -pull day- exercises as my gym has no cables. Great video. Thanks. Why do we do pull overs cross bench vs just lying down? Thanks

I have skinny wrists and forearms. Do I need to isolate the forearms or will doing biceps and triceps work the forearms and make them bigger

The first exercise he did I started doing it 3 months ago and I did notice a different on my lats, it is a good exercise I recommend it--
