All of these are great. But still a lot of these are exercises that you cant really do home. It is a different thing to work in home gym vs living room -
Which makes me think that I need to build my own gym room in the future -

My hip flexors were destroyed for like a week after doing them accordion crunches he said it was ok to feel a lil bit in them while doin them so I pushed through it which was fine but wow did it kick my ass the next mornin

I started using the DB hamstring curls 2 days ago. I dont have a bench so do it on the floor n dont get as much stretch. But still my hamstrings are damn shot to bits

I typed in the search engine the worlds biggest asshole and I got two for the price of one. Buff dudes workout lol only buffing you two do is on each others bell ends.

What do you guys recomend for someone who snapped their arms? I was doing your 12 week dumbell only plan and was on my 5th week until I broke my arm.
