Atomic arms workout - superhero plan stage 3 day 4 - Buff Dudes Zack: Hey Guys, really enjoying the plan, I-m just about to go onto stage 2, trying to lose weight, lost 9lbs so far but this last week I hardly lost anything, I am eating 900 calories less than my tdee calculator advises to maintain weight, I know this might not be enough to eat but I-m worried that if I eat more I-m not going to lose weight, I feel myself getting stronger but I-m not seeing the results I want, thoughts? (Maybe I just need to be more patient)

Hey im new to weights, how do i determine how much to lift in ur 5x5s? thank you for any help you can provide on this and keep up the good work. learning a ton!

I kind of dig it when you talk after each set. I know you're winded but it really shows just how hard you're really working to be a BUFF DUDE!
