I did that last summer and nearly took my eye out because the resistance pulled the hook from the stud and snapped back, missing my eye by 1 inch, leaving a huge gash in my forehead that's scarred over. I love the Buff Dudes' videos, but that is the the worst advice they've given.

Question. In the digital mb book it says 1. 5 is 3 days, but on here it says days 2&4, should I be doing a 3 day or 4 day split? Love this program btw.

Got the bands and the book about two weeks ago. Great product and can't wait for the next two weeks of the advanced workout!
