Wish your views were better like a mirrored room or even outside to see your techniques better Yes indeed, great form and strength. But may not be able to do a 1/3rd of these push up versions due to rotator cuff tears. Can you do some injury repair strengthening videos. Just discovered your site.

Great video. I do a variation of Pike push up (6: 20) where I position my arms little more forward, very effective in my opinion, and easier than regular push up.

Did you do all those in one session? Elbows in, or you'll need a straw to drink your coffee before you hit 50. Think long term. Joints. I'm still impressed.
