I would have also added the conventional stiff-legged deadlift (essentially the partial-deadlift, and the trap-bar deadlift, perhaps even the dumbbell deadlift.

Hi. First off, amazing videos. I now have lots of great ideas for hiit cardio and weight training. However, what body parts does the windmill deadlift train?

Nice! Your variation series is pretty neat and the facility you train at is cool. I like to use dumbbells for my deadlifts.
