Don't mind me saying but you're definitely better off taking your shoes off! As you may be able to stretch more since you appear quite stiff especially in the lower body, hips, hamstring and back but please don't wear shoes!

I do martial arts, and decided I want to focus on dynamic stretching, over static, which is standard. And these look interesting. Which helps if they are fun to do.

Gonna be my new go-to for warming up prior to roller skating! All of these are amazing. I do aggressive skatepark skating and could really use the good blood flow prior to rolling out!

came from dr berg stretching after workout video and I already do some of these dynamic stretchings without knowing it is so I'm glad I can learn more to enhance more stretch routine
