Can you make a video about the moves of strengthening the neck muscles, please because it is very important for all fighters, and for individuals practicing martial arts and self defense, as well as for every athlete and for all people in general because the neck muscles protect the head from knockouts and ko's and injuries and maintain the balance of the head and remove neck pain. i had a left partial labrum tear about a year ago. i had arthroscopic surgery about a year ago with no success. the shoulder feels either loose and bouncy in ita socke when i stretch it. if i start liftin its very stiff and becomes inflamed.

Also I want to take your course on Udemy. Can i do all exercises if i have cervical spondylitis? It would be great if you could suggest exercises which cure cervical spondylitis and increase flexibility.
