Loved using the weights to do abs and core. Its always an added challenge to engage the muscles when you put some weight in it. I used this as an add on to another workout but i love these short abs videos especially if you only have very little time. When in doubt work your core and abs!

Your ab workouts without weights are already very very heavy. But with weight it is again another level. Respect dan

I don't mind 10 seconds break but the problem is it's very little time to understand next movement/workout.
