Hi Dan,
I have been using you video workout for about 4 weeks now, they are fantastic. I usual try do a 3-5Km run 5min skipping then on of your dumbbell works outs then finish with a ab video 3-4 times a week. Thank you very much for all the work you put into the videos. Would you be able to recommend a smart / sport watch that would be best suited to tracking your dumbbell type workouts. As I am interested in starting to track my heart rate and calories burnt ect.

That was so hard! Concentrating on one/two body parts is so challenging. Did this on a gym ball, would you say that's more challenging. As trying to understand why l struggled so much!

Alright it was a great workout, but i want that bench like plyo box you are working with. Where did you get it, what brand is it. I need to know!

i could only perform like 10 seconds of each of the burn outs! kinda mad but i guess that means i worked hard during the rest of the workout!
