Why isn't the typical 3 second count beep on this video? It's really hard to follow along and complete with your head up staring at the screen to see when the rest break is

This has been my first workout back this year. it was great! The order seems to be the reversed of other classes but it was still amazing

That 30 mins HITT cardio abs was brutal Im back I got some 15lb and 20lb you kicked my butt and its all good Thanks Boss.

Started with Training on 8th February 2022. Now I saw this. I will complete this 6 weeks Challenge. day 2 finished!
