I do have a question though about the, -Runners Start Lift. - I'm having trouble figuring out how to position myself, how close to me, pretty much how to do it lol. Tire Tag looks so fun to do with a partner. Just to make it feel like a game rather than just a workout, I would go by Best of Three. Tag your -partner- (really they're more like your opponent in this instance) two out of three times, you win the game.

So can I pick maybe 5 and incorporate in to a workout 3 sets x 10? Then perhaps use different ones other days? Just not sure about how to decide which one to use for what target area. Aside from the obvious ones -

How much does this tire weigh? What size tire is it? Thanks for all the different exercises. I just got a tire and im going to try them. My tire seems small compare to this one.

I now know what to do with the tractor tire someone ditched down the road! :D (A good clean and scan for wires is probably a must first, though. ;) )
