I'm morbidly obese at 383 lbs and sedentary. Besides just walking around the house I have been sedentary for years now. I am thinking about doing 2 exercises everyday for physical activity besides walking around the house. I am thinking about doing one for strength training and the other for cardio. I'm thinking about using my 10 lb dumbbells and doing the compound exercise called the dumbbell squat and press.
What do you think about this workout idea?
What is your suggestion for the cardio exercise move that I should do?
What are your suggestions for the number that I should do these 2 exercise moves daily?

Thanks for all the modifications, i have back issues that makes any jarring very uncomfortable. I will try to apply these in my workouts.
