Would these exercises help for lower back and hamstring tightness first thing in the morning, too? I-m working with an osteo and doing some glute building exercises and he-s just got me doing some hamstring stretches as mine are quite tight (he worked on them this morning and they were super tight and sore. I struggle with really bad lower back pain and super tight muscles when I first get out of bed (can-t lift or bend. I-ve been following your videos and bought your Restoration course (which I actually need to complete. lol. I-d love your suggestions!

So your telling me that while in grappling, if im in a downward facing position over my opponent, or even shooting in, that my hamstring flexibility will have no benefit in doing so and that its all about hip flexor mobility? I think I'd prefer to train both in certain ways, but please belive me when I say that without hamstring flexibility, I'd be looking like a 1 week novice trying to work around them. Thats even with bent knees. Im not a physio therapist, but I sure have been to one, and a masseuse, and a chiropractor. They have some opinions.

I really need your help.
I had a hemstring injury almost 1 year ago it does not heal yet. My bicep famorius ( hard muscle behind the knee) go in side it does not feel behind my thigh butt I have no pain. Butt problem is that my foot do not feel full force. I m facing problem in my balance. I always feel some stifnes in my thigh when I tight my leg.

Thank you Cori, happy to have discovered you and hope your tips can be helpful. Lately, I've been experiencing extreme soreness on the side of my thighs facing out from my buttocks to my knee. The discomfort is closer to top and sometimes the lower back aches. Do you think these exercises should do the trick or should I try something else?

Naw. These moves are great but I'm still gonna stretch hamstrings. Can't take away what has worked for me all my life. Then ya got next vid against strengthening the hamstrings. What ya got against hamstrings? Haha

Probably good advice. But could not listen to this woman for long. A long boring monotonous, reading from que cards, monologue. Pity.

Exactly where should you be placing the ball for both hip flexor stretch to foam roll TFL and to roll the hamstring seated on bench
