Hi Cori! I'm hoping you can answer a question for me please.
I am 5'0- tall and weigh about 203lbs. I would love to do these stretches as I work on my journey towards better health. I'm running into a problem with doing the child's pose the way I see you model it in your video, and I'm looking for a modification for my body type.
Being that I have so much chest and tummy, when I try to get into position, by the time I can get my wrists and hands on the floor in child's pose, my backside is no longer touching my heels by about 6 inches or more and so I'm not sure if I'm actually stretching anything at all. I've tried opening my legs wider to allow room for my stomach and chest but don't feel much in the stretch so I'm thinking this might not be the answer. I've also tried this pose in front of a couch seated on the floor with my arms on the couch seat and my head tilted downward in an effort to lengthen the stretch and I'm not sure if this is effective either.
Could you offer me any suggestions? I really appreciate your videos and your advice, thank you so much for everything you do!

IMHO, this pigeon pose tries to bend the knee in a direction that it totally not designed to bend to. if it's a totally healthy knee, it will probably sustain that load, but also probably gradually will have looseness. but if the knee already has a problem - this can re-injure the knee.

Hi like your content very much. However, it seems that some of your stretches are counter-indicated for people like me. I have scoliosis, right thoracic left lumbar curves. Do you have suggestions for similar stretches for those with scoliosis? Thanks, Diana

I love how you explain how these are good for us - I've been doing yoga stretches for almost 2 months now and I'm happy that some of them I'm getting even better. My gold is to do all of them better than I am now. Lol

There are healthy habits and setups for your home desk, keyboard and mouse use. It's called Ergonomics. You can find the guidelines somewhere I'm sure.
