How minutes is best for planks. I have been doing everything morning 1 minute at time up to 5 minutes. I don-t think I could set it for 5 minutes total. I rest a few seconds in between like I could to ten then start again. Or should I not be resting in between. Or Just set it for the full five minutes

You said to comment below if you have any questions. Here's my question. My lower back is aches a lot these days because i by mistake used to engage my lower back (i let my lower back take over. What can i do to correct this? I plank for 2. 5 mins before each meal in the morning and in the evening

My mom and i had a competition withmy mom on who can plank longer
When i tried it, i was shaking. I thought i was ding it wrong since i've seen many people do it without shaking
But now that you said it, i was actually doing right
Ps: i won the challenge with 54 seconds

My arms hurt get worked out soo much while doing a plank and I barley get workout in my core. I am doing everything correctly from what I can see and I don-t know what I am doing wrong
I also don-t shake anymore while doing a plank

Do 2 minutes plank then rest for 30 seconds then 2 minutes again until you meet a total of 10 minutes a day. Abs and triceps will show in 5 days. The abs will not be solid but you can still see it!

I just started a workout today, so thank you for this vid! It was very helpful and I liked the things you pointed out! Will try doing the planks again tommorrow but focus on feeling the burn on the right muscles this time: )

just turn your hands out. dont flare your elbows. activates the rotator cuff and gives the stability from the shoulder. or you could read the book. how to become a supple leopard. best book you will ever read.

Wow, I was doing 3 minutes Plank daily and I was doing them wrong this whole time. I just finished my core workout and added planks after watching this and omg, 30 seconds and my abs were on fire ----

Hello you said to use my heals vs my ball on the foot? Yet It seems like she-s on her ball or either I-m confused. Please help this is one exercise I truly need for lower back. New subbie.

Arms should be pointing straight ahead from the shoulder, not angled in towards the front of the head. Just my preference.
