How To Get Shredded Arms FAST - 3 Arm Training Tips Redefining Strength Pj: I am 68. When I was in my early 20-s, I started lane swimming. I was painfully thin, before and after pregnancies.
No women went to the gym. I knew one girl who went in her early 20-s and people were shocked.
My arms looked appalling in my opinion. Thin and all muscle. I kept them covered except when swimming.
Finally, at a step class ( late 30-s ) I took off my t shirt and just had my gym outfit on.
The instructor said -
Awesome arms! - Then I knew things had changed.
Now at 68, I am working on arms. Had an illness for 7 years and could do nothing. I recovered with no muscle tone.
Love your videos. Everything my personal trainer son taught me years ago jives with all your info.

I love your videos. I use to be so very fit. Then I have had several bad falls & I too busy. Last yr. I fell & broke five bones in my foot at the top of the Pandemic. Not enough Calcium & it kept me from having corrective surgery as the soft bones would not hold the screws. So after 1-1/2 yrs. in bed, & now 75 yrs. old, I have to start over. My Balance is shot, arms are flabby & I cannot get up when I fall. Very frustrating to try & rebuild muscles is SO HARD. Thanks for your arm workouts. ALOHA-Linda

I have been having problems with shoulder pain and it goes down my arm and can-t lift it or get dressed without pain. I went to PT and it went away to only come back in my other arm! Am 60 and this is new to me. Will these exercises hurt more my issues or help?

The hostess must have taken voice training. While her content has always been good, compared to earlier videos, her presentation is also getting good now. Way to go, girl: )
btw, be great if could we see a workout plan - exercises, reps, sets. Thanks.

I would like lean sculpted arms as opposed to the somewhat bulkiness I have. Do you recommend I use light weights or do I still need weight that adds resistance? When I use the light weights I feel like I'm not doing anything.

Thats what I do. I went from 174lbs back to 155lb with of course my always healthy plant based. drink half body weight in water. strength training started 5days a week 2hrs a week of cardio mainly walking biking on campus

So, use Steady State Cardio with the targeted muscle, say the triceps and ropes. or would a long walk mobilize fatty acids for the tricep? TIA!

I love her videos. Very knowledgeable. And she ain't half necked. Very classy. I've watch your videos and see a lot of improvement in my arms.
