I can't thank you enough for these videos! Two weeks ago, I was taking pain meds for sciatica pain. then I showed some of your videos to my physical therapist and we totally changed my treatment approach. I'm finally able to do squats without pain thanks to your recruitment exercises and I'm totally off NSAIDs! -

Could you please make a video explaining how to do a correct basic squat and what are the most common mistakes? Usually I feel like my quads are doing all the work and not my glutes

if you have piriformis syndrome and stretching is not helping try doing some excercises to get the hips moving and deliver blood to that area
