5 Best HIIT Exercises (BODYWEIGHT ONLY) Even when you-re short on time, you can still get in a killer workout. And with these 5 HIIT bodyweight moves, you can get in a killer full-body cardio workout even at home! Try these two amazing workouts below for two different HIIT options using these 5 moves! 1. The 30s Blast Complete 3-5 rounds through the circuit, resting 30-60 seconds between rounds. Do not rest between moves. Better to rest longer between rounds than to have to rest during the intervals of work! CIRCUIT: 30 seconds Tuck Jump Plank Tucks 30 seconds Plyo Jack Push Ups 30 seconds per side Single Leg Deadlift Hops 30 seconds Plank Skaters 30 seconds Balance Bicycles 30-60 seconds Rest 2. The 20/20 Full-Body Cardio Complete 4-6 rounds through the circuit, working for 20 seconds, resting for 20 seconds as you transition to the next move. Then rest 20-40 seconds between rounds. For the Single Leg Deadlift Hops, alternate sides each round. If you find you max out at 3 or 5 rounds, make sure to switch half way during that last interval of work. CIRCUIT: 20 seconds Tuck Jump Plank Tucks 20 seconds Rest 20 seconds Plyo Jack Push Ups 20 seconds Rest 20 seconds Single Leg Deadlift Hops 20 seconds Rest 20 seconds Plank Skaters 20 seconds Rest 20 seconds Balance Bicycles 20-40 seconds Rest

Another reason to do such moves - especially for those of us chronologically challenged - is the incredible cross hemisphere brain work and balance required. The last time I did similar moves? I swear I could feel my brain working overtime to get the move right which I have to believe is exactly what our aging neurons need for plasticity and new growth. These moves are perfect for such goals besides the incredible HIIT workout it provides. Can-t wait to incorporate them in my exercise routine. THANK you!

Hi Cori! Absolutely loving your style! I want to purchase your program(s) but I'm feeling pretty confused as there seems to be lots of them, maybe separate, and also some separate ones but some in a package? Does the package contain all of them? Can you list them and the difference? I'd like to get the most out of what I purchase. I'm prepared and excited! Thank you so much for your help!

This five exercises are very very hip flexor heavy not sure this is the best combination. Perhaps soften it by interspersing with some form of hip raise exercises. The flexors will really need a stretch after this. Especially as many people are sitting down even more then usual at this time. Over all a great video and I love your enthusiastic presentation.

I came out of my Army service with plantar fasciitis which any kind of jumping makes worse.
I LOVE that you showed the dialed down (extreme beginner) versions of the exercises.
I would love a video of just these exercises.
Thanks so much! Your new fan.

I was very impressed. It the level of workout that I like without being too complicated. Especially like the modifications! When you're recovering from an injury, the modification allows you to work up to the expert level. Thanks!
