The Perfect 10 Minute Daily Posture Routine (FIX YOUR POSTURE) Redefining Strength
video description
Nice warmup selection for the back. I love my peanut too. Really kneeds both sides of the spine. I suppose externally rotating the arms during child's pose helps to put a further stretch on the pecs and subscapularis for some nice internal rotator stretching. It's a good idea.
Hope you're feeling healthy Cori. You looked a little peaky at the beginning to me. Maybe it's the lighting. Maybe it's really hot where you are and your face can't help but show some of the effects. Ultimately, just hope you're well. = )

One of the downsides of the iMac is that it doesn't have a height-adjustable stand. I use Dell monitors where you can really raise it high off the desk. A really good and supportive chair helps too. Demand for office chairs and big monitors has been pretty high based on price increases for these items. I'll have to try out the exercises too.

OMG! How did you know i needed this? I'm a fitness instructor and I've been suffering from short, acute sporadic pain in what feels like my shoulder ball and socket joint for some time time. I still have ROM and can but chose not to atm do full push ups. My posture over time is noticeably strained. Any other suggestions?

Excellent video as per usual. The best thing I have done to fix my posture whilst working at home since February is to change my set up so I am stood up to work with my PC. It is so much better to work this way and has stopped my bad posture. (I know this isn't exercise, but its worth doing in conjunction with exercise)

Hey Cori. I love your routines and the insights. I'm a beginner - I want to learn how to do basic squats with right form. Too many thoughts around it are confusing me - the knee should not cross the toes, should push the hip backward as you go down and the like. Please do a video for this.
Much love from India --

Thank you so much for this. When you did your pec but said -right around the shoulder joint- are you working on the pecs or on the coracoid process. I thought coracoid process would be a no-go so am interested to know.
Edit: never mind. I see in the standing option you are lower.

Love your content! A quick question: have you done a video or a series that would help an individual who has a pronounced forward hip tilt, and really tight (or weak) hip flexors? Thanks!

This is great! Could one use this as a warm up for -arm days-? Also, would you please make a video about improving balance in lower body?

Wow this is great!
Do you have 1 for lower body? Say hips specifically before squatting / dead lifting or any type of leg workout?
