Hello sir I'm from Bangladesh, I just lost 60 kg last 7 month, I have to lost more 30 kg, I m following you all work out but I'm confused what I should to do, can please help me to give me regular workout I can do every day to loss my weight can achieve my goal, now I'm doing every day cardio 60 minute on my treadmill, doing 60 minute calorie 700 and km 7, I'm doing one meal a day plan. it will be pleasure to have your suggestions. thank you very much and looking forward

Trust me, this was the best abs workout I have ever done, gonna eat 4 eggs now. And by the way is it okay if I am doing this every second day? To always have a restday ( for muscle regeneration)

always look forward to your 15 min ab workout, because I can't do the dumbbell. I swim for 1 & half hour last night, today is indoor workout day because it's too cold to swim: )
