I've just finished with 10kg dumbblles and feel great but I wasn't my first HIIT ever. I'd like to try with 12kg.
Anyway:
Training: perfect
Music: terrible
NEXT DAY UDPATE:
Workout with 12kg - I feel pain and I like it!
Training: still perfect
Music: still terrible, sorry. :)
