OMG I'd never get up if I did any of these. Im so inflexible and regularly have back issues due to the 12 hour shifts of sitting in front of over 30 monitors. I once tried the exercise where you tuck your leg under your bottom and leg out to the back, as the muscle in my bottom locks up and of course 20 seconds later I needed a muscle relax jab to stop the spasm in the lower back. Just not sure Im doing it right. Great video for giving us inflexible people hope. lol

For those you who works from home during this difficult time.
this is great stretch work out between phone calls, online trainings and zoom meetings.
It-s also great workout for parents and kids who is doing remote learning. Instead of sitting in front TV or IPad. Get them to do this together. Thank you Cori for anther excellent video.

Hi. I have a question - all my life as a dancer we had stretching after warm up/ workouts, when the muscles were prepared.
Lately I see stretching before everything.
Is there not a scare you ripp the muscles when cold?
Thank you for answering -

Tried the first one - feels great! I find it more approachable and enjoyable to do dynamic stretches. I try to improve my mobility since a long time, but I never felt great with static stretching.

I always have trouble getting into the pigeon move, but I never saw the swing to the side. That will probably be better for my hips and knees. Thanks, Cori!

I actually do these regularly and have added a little more pelvic opening stuff. Love doing yoga but it is so time consuming, this focus is helpful! Thanks

That first one is not a single stretch exercise. It's basically an entire yoga routine. Absolutely love the second one though. Keep up the great work

Any stretches or movements for stiff, grumpy knees? I have started to get arthritis in my knees, and am unable to full bend for many exercises

the girl doing the stretching is not the same one on the advertisement picture. talk about misleading the public. FALSE ADVERTISMENT

Great video! I would like to suggest to add some tips on coordination with breathing, like when to exhale and when to enhale.
