This is an odd question. My girlfriend has a condition where she builds muscles extremely fast. For example: a handful of moderate aerobic biking exercises is enough for her leg muscles to significantly bulk up. More than most guys gain by routinely lifting weights for 6 months.
I remember one class mate in my teens who had the same condition. He had a 6 pack at the age of 7. Maxed out 140 kg bench at the age of 14. He told me he was a depressed, because it made him feel like a freak.
Being a condition, there's nothing you can do about it, but she has trouble staying in shape without turning into a hulk. It's hard to believe it if you've not seen it in person.
Very niche question, but any tips for super light exercises are welcome.

They say -the master appears when the student is ready-.
I have been using your exercises and this is the first night I haven't taken Codeine, Ibuprofen, and Paracetamol for 5 and a half years.
I have spent thousands of pounds of Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, and Chirpractors. I have experienced pain that caused me to burst into tears. The pain is C spine, Thoracic, AC joints, First Ribs, and having just done three twin minute stretches I have reduced pain.
How the hell can all these people, doctors, consultants not know these moves?
Thank you.

WARNING! If you-ve never done the Groin Stretch, don-t overdo it! Ouch. I did. I didn-t pull anything, but I did strain it a little bit and could not do my leg presses yesterday. Still feeling it today. I-m definitely glad I learned this stretch and I will continue it. Obviously I really need the stretch! Just be careful as you start doing it.

I was born with spina bifida, I have weak legs and when I walk for extended periods of time I often end up with a sore or strained groin! Do u have a video or any advice on how I can stretch/strengthen my groin?

So cool, I'm a office worker and I'm just starting out with running so I'm really looking forward to using this set of stretches. Awesome video as always -

I really like your videos. Are there recommended counts for each move? Forgive me if I missed it. Thanks for all the great content.

Great video, thanks! When I watch you it feels like I went to a college lecture in addition to learning new exercises, LOL.
