Wow! Talk about perfect timing! I just finished my first week at the first job I've had in almost 15 years and MOST of my shift is spent hunched -- doing food prep, serving customers ( I have to lean over the counter to bag up fresh product) -- as I work in the seafood department of one VERY large grocery chain store. Five and a half hours of being hunched! This is an exercise that I can do right in front of people/coworkers and NOT get in trouble for it! TY TY TY!

Thank u. Found after interlocking fingers and stretching over head and letting shoulders come up to ears and stretch up to 12 o'clock and out to 10 o'clock a nice stretch, maybe stretches intercostals too, it would be good to include a breathing reset as well somehow if doing every hour or half hour, maybe 1 or 2 diaphragm breaths maybe.
I'm a bit floppy best of times and been more horizontal lately than probably good as between jobs.

WARNING! I am 78 and enter the room face first due to years of bad posture. However I am working hard to correct the damage and am making progress as when I first began I could not touch the back of my head to the headrest in the car which I am now able to do. Thank you for a quick and easy exercise that I will utilize often in my efforts to regain lost height!

Great to see you again Corey. I have been a fan for some time but every time I try to do your routines I compromise my rather rough shoulder tendon matrix (because you do love ballistic movements)and at 67 it is a slow fix. This however is a good idea. Thank you.

Thank you for teaching and sharing. I can't do or get into the stretch like the video, but going to start working on it until it improves. Doing it at a modified position, getting a huge stretch on my lower lower back.

Many times as my health is increasing from workouts, I'll get a little regular pain to the right or left of my spine. I'll try this exercise. Thanks.

Thank you so much for this, you did not mention for how long we hold both positions, seated or against the wall, one minute, two minutes? Thank you again!
