Hi, just a quick question. When I do the Dumbell external rotations, my arms go all tingly and numb, like my blood is being cut off. Is there something wrong with my form that's causing this? I keep a straight back and keep my elbows to my sides. I can do 6 of them before my arms go numb and I need to shake them out. Thanks x

Any recommendations for replacement in the meantime for those (to work Triceps, Obliques & Shoulders) for beginners who are not strong enough for the Tricep Pushup quite yet, but want to build to it. (Also have fibromyalgia (& tenosynovitis in my hands/wrists) so I have to take it at a slower pace) Thanks!

Hi, your videos are very nice. You give good advice and efficient exercises.
I am sure your explanation are useful but I don't understand everything as I am not fluent in english.
It would be great to write it down.
Thanks for your good work!

Your dog is adorable! Thank you! This video was simple yet challenging. I was happy to use my 8lbs dumbells agai. It was the perfect weight to start.

Chest press to shoulder press is epic. I have totally neglected the chest press angle, so im weak taking heavy parcels from someone.
